REGISTRATION PROCESS

In Person Registration

Saturdays and Sundays

4:30 to 7:30 pm

Genesis Centre Community Wing

Complete forms, Pay Debit Credit, cheque & Cash

New players

1. Download and Complete a REGISTRATION FORM from the link below  

2. Email transfer fee to info@cneu.ca 

Or Make an appointment to register in person and pay by cards.

Or Register Online selecting the choices at the bottom of the page. 

(Online fees are higher due to processing fees due to processing fees).  

Returning Players

Just need to pay for the season. as you are with the club we do not need registration form and process. All rules and conditions apply.

Team Selection

 When the registration is complete, we will evaluate the players and finalize initial team roster and Training, team/Group practices will begin. We do not believe in one day try out/evaluation.


There will be mostly Fixed days for training every week when we receive the games schedule from CMSA. Players may be moved from one team to another based on continuous evaluation during the season and as required by the club. 

Practice

There will be MINIMUM TWO Practices per Week for players Born in 2014 and Older. Training will happen either at Genesis Centre or at School Gyms in Northeast.

Registration Fee and Program Info

Grassroots League: (U7 to U9)

Cash/Debit/Credit/email Transfer: 

Indoor Training $350 (Oct 25 - Feb 24), Online $375

One Practice and One Game Weekly. Holiday rules apply. 

 

Developmental League: (U10 to U12)

Cash/Debit/Credit/email Transfer: $500 Online 525

Minimum 2 Practices per week and CMSA League games as Scheduled. 


Competitive League: (U13 to U17)

Cash/Debit/Credit/email Transfer: $600, Online 625

Minimum 2 Practices per week and CMSA League games as Scheduled.


***Registration Fee includes 1 full set of uniform to keep.***


Email transfer of fee to info@cneu.ca is preferred.

PayPal charges 5% service fee for processing online payments and we lose money. That is why online fees are higher than regular fees. Online registration is subjected to 25 dollar or 5% processing fee.


Fees: Set at Cost:

CMSA has increased per player fee by 21%over last year.Our fees are set at Cost. We spend 100% of your fee for the program. While some coaches and trainers are paid, most are volunteers.

CNEU FEES COVER:

1. Facility Rental (Genesis centre and school gyms) :  ± 50%

2. Per player Fee to CMSA ($205-$220 per player) : 30-45%

3. Uniform and equipment etc. :10%

Developmental League:

Competitive League:

U16, 2008, U17:2007, U18 2006, U19 2005)

Important information

Included in Registration Fees:  

One (1) set of Game Uniform to keep, Weekly Practices, CMSA scheduled Games. Tournaments are different.Tournament teams will be selected by the coaches.    


Not Included:  

Rides, Tournament participation, Tracksuits etc.,  

Hotels, Foods or Transportation costs during out of town games

ELIGIBILITY cRITERIA

PROOF OF AGE

 
Any govt issued ID with player's name and Date of bitrh is acceptable, Birth certificate, Passport, Alberta Health Card etc. Players are placed on a team based on their age and must provide proof of their age. 

LIABILITY WAIVER TO CMSA

 All players must complete a liability waiver to release CMSA of any accident  and injury during the season. anyone has completed a waiver beginning of indoor season is good until next indoor season begins. any new player joining  outdoor and new to CMSA must complete it before they are eligible to play games. Please follow the Link to do it right. NO card, NO play. CMSA PLAYER WAIVER 

PHOTO ID CARD

 All players playing for a U11 and older teams regardless their ages will need a CMSA photo ID Card. After registration your club will create your profile and you can make the ID card. NO card, NO play.  Please follow the link below: CMSA ID CARD

INDOOR 2023-24 SEASON INFORMATION

LEAGUES

Grassroots: Train and play within your community. Under the age of 9. Players were born in 2015 and later.  


U10-U12:  Developmental. Limited Competition and mainly focused on Training and Development. 


U13-U19: Competitive. Calgary Minor Soccer Association organized City Wide Competitive League  

VENUES

Training Venues: Northeast Schools and Genesis Centre
Competition Venues: Calgary Soccer Centre, Calgary West Soccer Centre, Genesis Centre and other CMSA provided facilities.
